Reload the page, confirm the file is Parquet, then try one of the sample datasets. Local viewing, column inspection and compression stay in your browser. Parquet to CSV uploads the files you choose when you start conversion.
Parquet to CSV
Keep the conversion tab open. Use Retry beside a failed file, or Download CSV if an automatic download did not start. No account is required for conversion.
SQL analysis or MCP
Sign out and back in, verify the authorized workspace still contains the table, and reconnect the exact resource shown on the MCP page. Never include access tokens, credentials, customer rows, or private file contents in a support report.
Parquet Editor desktop app
In the installed app, open Contact support. Enter a reply email and a short description, then choose Send request. Include your app version, operating system and approximate time. Opening or cancelling the form sends nothing, and files are not automatically attached. Do not include private file contents, credentials or access tokens. For Snap file-access problems, try a non-hidden file in your home directory. External drives may require: sudo snap connect parquet-editor:removable-media.
Parquet browser extension
Click the extension toolbar action, then choose or drop a local Parquet file. If a file cannot open, try the bundled sample. SQL queries the original opened file; download and reopen your edited copy to query its changes. Share usage statistics is optional and off by default in extension Options.
